An agentic L1 support layer that reads, retrieves, reasons, and resolves
Beneto Consultant's service desk was losing hours to context-gathering — every L1 ticket forced an agent to reconstruct the same picture by hand, jumping across Confluence, past tickets, and the ticketing system, then chasing separate procurement and asset systems for anything involving hardware or licensing.
We replaced that manual assembly with an autonomous support agent that sits directly in the ticket flow. It triages each incoming ticket, runs hybrid search — semantic plus keyword — across Confluence, runbooks, and past resolutions, then reaches into the operational modules: checking the Inventory module for real-time stock, validating entitlements against the Contract module, and drafting a Purchase Order when a covered asset needs ordering. High-confidence resolutions are written back and closed automatically; anything ambiguous is routed to an engineer, pre-loaded with a fully worked-up draft and its evidence. Every correction an engineer makes re-ranks retrieval and tightens the rules, so the agent's judgment compounds over time.
"What Skangen built is more than a chatbot bolted onto our helpdesk — it actually works the ticket. One of the smoothest technical engagements we've had. I'd recommend Skangen without hesitation."Spokesperson, Beneto Consultant
